Hi Everyone! My name is Anita and I thank you for visiting
Motivate Me....it's a fitness thing. I am very happy to have your attention and hopefully you will enjoy returning
here from time to time. As a personal trainer and weight loss coach I know how motivational a smile and a
few words of encouragement can be for our clients to continue the path to good health and wellness and
as Health and Fitness Coaches we need inspiration and reinforcement too!
I recently read a great
motivational article and encourage you to read it too! The article is in the Idea Fitness Journal (July- August 2009)
and it is titled "Weaving Your Best Life" written by Kay L. Cross, MEd. This article is about how driven we
are to be the best trainers and coaches to our clients and how unknowingly the effect these relationships have on
us. The friendship that developes between each client teaches us about ourselves. We learn from our
observations of others and implement these positive changes in many of our relationships and roles.
Motivational thought for the week: Mix it up! Change with the season, fire-up
your clients!
